Open all day and centrally located, Vitamin Büfe satisfies the two main duties of a Turkish-style "büfe". Bozcaada’s "büfe" culture isn’t its strong suit, however. After all, there’s no need for rushing and take-out service here!

As you wait for your orange juice to be squeezed, you may take pleasure in conversation with Cahit Abi, savoring the leisurely atmosphere that characterizes Vitamin Büfe.

In the meantime, treat your taste buds to Cahit Abi’s “şıra” – a unique variety of grape juice – which he carefully produces from black grapes grown in his own vineyards. All-natural and preservative-free.

Also be sure to try Vitamin Büfe’s grilled sandwich prepared with whole wheat bread, sweet home-made ketchup, thyme, feta cheese and olive oil. This sandwich has the potential to earn the distinction of being the island’s favorite! Baked goods are also on hand. The Büfe opens for business each morning just before the first ferry departure of the day.
